20+ Registration - Step 1
Graduates:
- You must be aged 20-29
- You must have attained a degree/post-graduate degree in the last 12 months
- You must currently reside within the Glasgow City Council postcode boundary
- You must be currently unemployed OR underemployed (i.e not in graduate level employment) You must be able to provide proof of all of the above
Non-Graduates:
- You must be currently unemployed (or working less than 16 hours per week)
- You must be aged 20-29 or 50+ OR you must be an Armed Forces Veteran registered with Glasgow's Helping Heroes
- You must currently reside within the Glasgow City Council postcode boundary
When you submit your registration you will be sent an email within 3 working days detailing any documents you may need to submit to complete your registration. These documents can take a further 3 working days to process, however we try to process these sooner. Depending on your circumstances , you may be asked to attend a short interview with one of our Engagement Officers, this is just to give you a short overview of the programme and to discuss your current employment status.
If you are a graduate who is unemployed you will have access to view and apply for Graduate Level vacancies AND Living Wage vacancies.
If you are a graduate who is underemployed you will have access to view and apply for Graduate Level vacancies.
If you are NOT a graduate you will have access to view and apply for Living Wage vacancies.
Employers advertising Graduate Level vacancies are required to pay a minimum of £8.79ph. Employers advertising Living Wage vacancies are required to pay the Glasgow Living Wage, this is currently £8.25ph (minimum) and will increase to £8.45ph on 1st April 2017.
